When you use the Orbit Service, our servers automatically receive and record certain information that your communication device sends whenever you use the Orbit Service. These server logs may include information such as your location, information transferred and received, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser language, links and updates, communications, the amount of time spent on the Orbit Service, the date and time of your use and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or device.

We may use your personally identifiable information internally to help improve the Orbit Service.

We may share non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous User usage data, general locations, comments in respect of a particular venue or place, overall number of users, user demographic data etc.) with interested third-parties to assist them in understanding the usage patterns for certain content, services, advertisements, promotions, and/or functionality on Orbit.

We may release personally identifiable information and/or non-personally-identifiable information if required to do so by law.
